As of July 8, 2011, anyone who meets the same requirements to obtain a Wyoming concealed weapons permit can legally carry a firearm in any place that is not specifically prohibited. While this is a great step for those in Wyoming who desire to legally carry a firearm concealed without going through the paperwork of obtaining a Wyoming Concealed Firearms permit (CFP), it does not prepare the law abiding citizen with the knowledge and the skills required to responsibly carry a firearm concealed.
TSI, Inc. is hosting a Concealed Weapon Carry Course on TBA at the Grizzly Rock Ranch Range Facility to train, qualify and certify those individuals who would like to obtain their Wyoming CFP, or would like to have the training to carry a firearm responsibly. Class will start at 0900 hours and will conclude at 5 PM. All targets, training materials, Wyoming CFP applications will be provided. Our class size is limited to 8 participants, so if interested, please call Brian at 486-2336. Course costs are $80.00 per person.
Students should bring their personal firearm (semi-auto or revolver), holster, extra magazine/speed loader pouch (if you have one), 50 rds. of ammunition and a small notebook. We will break for lunch at 1200 hrs., so bring a sack lunch as well. Coffee and water will be available to all without charge. If you don’t have your own firearm, We have a limited supply of training pistols and can provide you with one of ours. As ammunition is sometimes hard to fiind however, you will have to provide the ammunition.
TTI. will be conducting a basic Tactical Shotgun training course at the Grizzly Rock Ranch Range facility on TBA. Course will begin at 0900 and will be completed around 1600 hrs.
